Our Irish and European orders are shipped express with DPD. Shipping takes around 4-6 working days and is fully tracked.

Orders leaving the UK and entering the EU are subject to import taxes and charges in the destination country. Irish customers can expect a charge of around €9, including a €6.50 admin fee. These additional charges are not paid by Réalta and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

 

 

All UK orders are sent with 48-hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 working days once dispatched by us, please allow 3 days for processing orders before they are shipped.

 

All International orders (USA, AUS, UAE etc) are sent with international tracked delivery with Royal Mail. Estimated shipping time is 15-20 working days once dispatched by us, please allow 2 days for processing orders before they are shipped.

International customers may have to pay customs charges of around €9, including a €6.50 admin fee due to Brexit. These additional charges are not paid by Réalta and are the responsibility of the customer.
