The return policy is as below:


We want you to be completely happy with the items you order from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchase, without using it you may return or exchange such item within 30 days with your receite. You will receive a refund in the amount you paid for the item in 15 days. The shipping cost also belongs to our customers.

KREACIJA COMPANY

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
All orders ships within 3 business day. Shipments are tracked for all countries, the parcel include tracking number.
EUROPE: 5-15 business days
OUTSIDE EUROPE: from 7- 22 business days

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
I accept cancellations within : 24 hours of purchase.
We currently accept returns only in the case the products is not corresponding to the one showed in the picture. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


UNUSUAL STORE 

We accept exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 10 days from the date you received your order only if your items are returned in the original packaging, including any signature packing materials.

Before you can send your items back to us, you'll need to send an email to info@mehrymu.com. You will then receive the instructions for return by email. Please Mehry Mu Do not send back anything without contacting, because this may result in longer period of use and delays in refunds.

We offer free returns service, if you would like to return your purchase this will be at our expense. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the returned goods.

Unusual is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside Turkey. However you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@arvino.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
