Our Platform provides seller of unique products the service to widen their audience and sell to increased audiences as such the returns policies differ for different items and will be under the determination of each individual seller or company using the platform. Sellers should post their return policy for each item that they add to their shop on the Return Policy section when they upload items to their shop. This information is accessible by visiting the Product Detail Page of each item, under the Return Policy. Before returning an item to the seller, a buyer should make sure if the desired item is returnable or not. Additionally, if a seller chooses to accept returns, it is up to the seller to decide if they will provide a refund of the original shipping costs and/or pay for return shipping of the item from the buyer.
In some cases Adora London will showcase some items of the seller, where this is applicable Adora London will accept returns within seven days of receipt and provide a full refund excluding shipping costs of which the buyer will be responsible for. (THESE MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SELLER (NOT ADORA LONODN), THE SEVEN DAY RETURN IS SUBJECT TO THE SELLERS OWN RETURN POLICY).
Your warranty with Adora London Products, where the product is designed, manufactured and sold by Adora London gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary across different states (or for the purposes of international law other countries or provinces), or on other products sold through Adora London’s platform, stated in the individual seller’s returns policy. Other than permitted by law, Adora London does not limit or exclude any other rights that you may have, counting those that may arise from the non-conformity of a sales contract. For a full understanding of your rights you should consult your own country of residence’s laws (counting specific state/ provincial laws.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CONSUMER LAW
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty applies only to Adora London products; designed, manufactured and produced solely by Adora London and the remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties remedies and conditions whether oral, written, statutory express or implied. Adora London disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, counting without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects, to the extent permitted by law. In so far as such warranties cannot be disclaimed, Adora London limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty, and at Adora London’s option, the repair or replacement services described overleaf. Some states or countries (counting provinces) do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty (counting condition) can last, so therefore the limitation above may not apply to you and does not apply to products sold through the platform for by or in association with another seller outside of Adora London’s sole production and sale.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Adora London warrants the Adora London branded hardware product and the Adora London branded accessories contained in the original packaging (“Adora London Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Adora London’s published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) year from the original date of purchase by the end-user purchaser (“warranty period”) this warranty applies only to technical products ie; watches. Where the Adora London Product is non-technical, including; clothing, accessories and artwork will not have a warranty, however can be returned for aforementioned reasons within a period of 30 days from purchase specific to Adora London’s products; excluding partnered or showcased products sold through the Adora London platform . Adora London’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in the technical specifications, user manual and service communications.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
The warranty does not apply to any non-Adora London branded product even if packaged or sold with Adora London hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers or publishers may provide their own warranties to you- please contact them for further details and read their own returns and warranty in their product description. Adora London does not warrant that the operation of the Adora London product will be un-interrupted or error free. Adora London is not responsible for damage arising rom failure to follow the instructions related to the Adora London’s product use.
Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning products to us. Adora London does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Kindly note that we do not offer the service of exchanging your items. If you wish to receive an exchange, please send back your order and place a new one at your own convenience. Any offer or campaign offered during the original purchase will still be honoured when placing a new order - please contact us for more information.
Seller’s may offer this service in their own returns policy and therefore you are referred to their returns/warranty and exchange policy.
In the event you are unsatisfied with your Adora London (Specific to Adora London Product’s only, and NOT any partnered or showcased product sold via the Adora London platform) purchase and would like to exchange for a different product, you are welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund. To ensure that you receive the product that you would prefer as quickly as possible please place a new purchase at your own convenience. THIS APPLIES ONLY TO PRODUCTS DESIGNED, MANUFATURED AND SOLD BY ADORA LONDON LTD. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY SELLERS ON THE ADORA LONDON PLATFORM (OF WICH WILL HAVE THEIR OWN APPLICABLE RETURNS POLICY).
The sooner we receive your Adora London product the faster we can process it, once received the item will be processed and inspected before the return will be approved.
The Adora London products must be received at our return address within 30 days of receipt, however it is not a problem if it is received after this- the item must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition, the same as when it was received.
If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.
Please note that Adora London is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping.
WHAT DOES ALL OF THIS MEAN?
- Adora London “technical” products have a 1 year warranty, and a 30 day returns and exchange period, (Limited to watches ONLY).
- Adora London “non-technical” products DO NOT have a warranty, but do have a 30 day returns and exchange period.
- “Showcased” “Seller” products have a 7 day returns period, these cannot be exchanged (These are non- Adora London products) and need to be returned to the seller. (This is applicable where associated companies include this in their return’s policy where selling on Adora London’s platform), Items returned to Adora London will not be refunded WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THESE RETURNS AND THE SELLER MUST BE CONTACTED FIRST.
- Non-showcased “seller” products have their own returns policy and this must be consulted before returning the product to the seller please contact the seller before returning (DO NOT RETURN THESE TO ADORA LONODN).
